How long does it take to process my custom order?
Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, JC Customs ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return a customized item?
Because custom orders are made to your unique specifications, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
How should I care for my custom apparel?
To preserve the quality of the custom work, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry.
